Stacy Keibler, George Clooney Splitsville, Tabs Say

Stacy Keibler and eterna-bachelor boyfriend George Clooney have called it quits after a two-year run, all the usual gossip suspects are reporting, citing an irreconcilable issue over the subject of having kids as the pair’s main dispute.

According to several sources, Stacy Keibler and George Clooney have officially parted ways — but ABC spoke with an unnamed source who gave a different account.

The network’s spy says Keibler and Clooney are definitely kaput — but denies that Stacy’s biological clock was the reason she called time on the pairing.

The blabbermouth says:

“She ended things recently … [the breakup] had nothing to do with kids or wanting to get married.”

News of Stacy Keibler and George Clooney’s alleged breakup hit yesterday, and we initially heard that the rumor might be just that — speculation.

People first alleged that the couple were breaking up, putting the “kids” story out there and quoting a spy:

“Stacy called it quits. She wants to have children and a family someday. She knows where George stands on that … They talked and they quietly stopped being a couple several weeks ago … They talk every day. They were friends before they started dating and they’ll be friends after. It was a friendly [breakup].”

Even earlier, Clooney’s sis Adelia Zeidler opined that her brother would never be the marrying type, saying late last year:

“That’s quite ridiculous. We don’t even listen when people say things like that anymore. No, I would say he probably will not get married. If I had to guess I would have to say no. I know everyone says, ‘Well Warren Beatty said he’d never get married, and then he met Annette Bening.’ But you know that’s the only example people can think of, so it doesn’t bode too well.”

Neither Stacy Keibler nor George Clooney have commented on the alleged split.
