‘Playboy’ Model Who Sent Naked Snapchat Photo Faces Six Months In Jail: Dani Mathers’ Nude Victim Found

Many people remember the case of Dani Mathers, the Playboy Playmate who got in big trouble for a Snapchat photo of a naked woman that Mathers snapped inside of the women’s locker room in an L.A. Fitness gym, as reported by the Inquisitr.

Dani blamed her conundrum on not knowing how to use Snapchat correctly. Whereas Mathers thought she was sending a naked photo of a woman only to her friend on Snapchat, Dani actually sent the photo of the nude woman and the body-shaming caption to all of her Snapchat followers.

“If I can’t unsee this then you can’t either.”

The backlash was swift and immediate, with folks turning to Dani’s social media pages to reflect their outrage, as seen on Mathers’ tweet below. Dani wrote that she needed to take time off to reflect on why she did something so horrible. Folks online weren’t giving Dani much compassion for Mathers’ claims that she only meant to send the nude image to her friend. The backlash included folks commenting that Dani should have never taken the naked photo of the unsuspecting woman in the first place — nor should she have shared it with anyone.

Now Mathers might have up to six months in jail to continue to think about why she took the naked photo.

As reported by TMZ, the woman that Dani took the naked photo of is older than 70 years of age and wants Mathers to legally pay for taking the nude photo and making it public.

Dani’s nude photo victim will cooperate with the law in order to bring Mathers to justice.

Mathers could face six months in jail for Dissemination of Private Images, a misdemeanor that has folks talking about recent short jail sentences served by folks like Brock Turner — and wondering aloud if Dani will spend more time in jail than those who have been convicted of sexual assault.

The fate of Dani and whether or not Mathers will spend any time in jail will be decided soon by the Los Angeles City Attorney who is reviewing the case — and could make the choice to make an example out of Dani.

Meanwhile, Dani is receiving loads of feedback on her social media accounts about the latest update to her plight. While some of the people commenting on Mathers’ Instagram page and on articles about Dani are giving Mathers sympathy, the bulk of those leaving comments want to see Dani prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.

A sampling of some of those comments being published online about Mathers can be read below.

“While I absolutely believe she should be punished for taking a picture of someone her charge would be a misdemeanor punishable with up to six months in jail. So taking a picture of someone naked, gives you more time in jail than rape.”

“Everyone of us will be making mistakes til we take our last breath. Hang in there doll.”

“You’re disgusting.”

“‘Bout to get ur a** prosecuted!! Karma is a b**** you disgusting pig!!”

“You’re so f*****, girl. And you’re going to lose your title.”
