Niall Horan Avoiding Home, Names His First Child, Defends Fans

Niall Horan and his family in 2013

Niall Horan and One Direction have been complaining about their insufferable tour schedule — but it appears that it has cut off poor Niall from his family.

On October 11, the Mirror reported that Niall Horan had not seen his family since the 2014 Christmas holidays. Apparently, Niall Horan tweeted about being homesick and posted a pic with his mum, Maura. Thankfully, One Direction will be returning Niall Horan to Ireland for a series of concerts on October 16.

Nevertheless, it is clear that the massive onslaught of final shows in the U.K. before One Direction takes a break has been taking its toll on Niall. On October 5, the Daily Record reported that Niall Horan had been suffering from “a bad bout of man flu” right before One Direction played in Scotland. Niall Horan’s good friend, Scott Mills, said he was spending the day in bed between shows and trying to recover.

While he’s lounging in bed, it appears that Niall Horan is not only tweeting about his longing for his home country. The Irish Mirror reported on October 9 that Niall Horan was tweeting about soccer — and he got a little too excited about the Euro 2016 playoffs between Ireland and Germany. When he scored an important win for Ireland, Niall Horan tweeted that he would name his first child after soccer player Shane Long.

Of course, Niall Horan could be looking to let off a little bit of steam after a rather grumpy incident with photographers. According to an RTE report from October 1, Niall Horan has been on a rampage about the paparazzi — once again.

After an unnecessarily rude confrontation, Niall Horan tweeted in defense of his fans and said, “I absolutely hate some of those paps [paparazzi]… Nasty nasty people. Whoever the h*** you were, don’t ever tell one of our fans to get out of the way.”

Interestingly, Niall Horan had his own rudeness for fans — but surely it was likely in jest. The Daily Record reports that Niall Horan was booed by the Scottish crowd he played for with One Direction on October 7. According to the article, Niall Horan specifically stated that he hoped Scotland would lose to Poland in the Euro 2016 soccer/football match.

On the other hand, Niall Horan could be in a good mood and joking with his fans during concerts because he is interested in yet another new person. But could that person be Harry Styles?

Breaking up the Larry Stylison front, Harry Styles has apparently dumped Louis Tomlinson for Niall Horan. According to Cambio, around October 8 Harry smooched Niall Horan in an MTV U.K. promotional video. While the kiss was not on the lips — Niall Horan seemed to enjoy it.

However, it could be that Niall Horan simply needs a friend, and Harry Styles filled in the gaps for him. While Niall Horan was getting chummy with Justin Bieber over the summer during One Direction’s tour — the two may now have tension. J-14 reports that Niall Horan and Justin Bieber may have troubled waters related to their mutual album release dates.

In all likelihood, Niall Horan is not avoiding home to hang out with a new lady love — and UnReality TV explains how Niall got involved with a fan-generated catfish. According to their October 6 report, there was a hashtag circulating on Twitter called #NiallsNewGirlfriend. Despite the fact that the hashtag was a joke and Niall Horan has been single for months — many fans had moments of shock before they realized it was a hoax.

In the end, Niall Horan may not have been in Ireland lately, but he certainly has big plans for living there in 2016. As previously reported by the Inquisitr, Niall Horan is possibly buying real estate in Ireland and could be starting an all-Irish band.
