Lila Moss Stuns Pantless On Versace Runway With Insulin Pump

Kate Moss' lookalike daughter Lila Grace Moss has gained high praise for showing her insulin pump while walking the Versace runway at Milan Fashion Week. The 19-year-old rising star was cherry-picked to join a slew of celebrities strutting their stuff for Fendi x Versace last month, and it was a leggy affair for Lila - but also a progressive one.

Lila suffers from Type 1 diabetes, making maintaining blood sugars a daily battle. She didn't need to worry for this runway appearance.

Wows On Runway With Her Pump

Scroll for the photos. Lila, who has taken after SKIMS face mom Kate with her lithe and leggy frame, had been outfitted in the lavish gold leaf prints Versace has become iconic for. The blonde was modeling a skintight and high-cut bodysuit flaunting her super-toned pins, with the white and gold patterned one-piece semi-matching a structured and embellished jacket.

While the bodysuit screamed Versace, the jacket boasted the statement Fendi monogram, also seen on a chunky gold necklace. Gold heels and a coordinating bag completed the look.

Notable, was the tubless pod insulin pump seen on the model's thigh. Lila was quickly praised for bringing awareness to the condition, with one fan saying: "Thank you for showing your pod! Inspiring to so many diabetics around the world."

Another reply came from a parent as they said: "I love showing my 11 yr old T1 daughter your pics." Lila, who shared the shot to IG, has gained over 50,000 likes for it, including one from actress Lindsay Lohan. More after the photo.

Opens Up On Invisible Condition

Speaking to The Kit about being a Type 1 diabetic, Lila acknowledged the challenge of living with a condition that isn't visible.

“I think not many people know that I have diabetes. It’s not visible from the outside, so no one would really know just by looking at you. I have type 1,” she said. The star also touched on her personal style, adding:

"I don’t have one particular style. I see something, and if I like it, I like it. I could go from wearing all black to the most like colourful jumper [sweater] you’ve ever seen. I vary a lot.”

Star-Studded Versace Show

The "Fendace" show this year brought quite the carousel of famous faces, not limited to legendary actress Demi Moore, "Sorry Not Sorry" singer Demi Lovato, supermodel Emily Ratajkowski, plus 56-year-old bombshell Elizabeth Hurley. Singer Dua Lipa also made her runway debut at the show.

Versace also managed to tap model sisters Bella and Gigi Hadid, both of whom front the brand's campaigns. Lila, meanwhile, continues to see her profile rise, having this year fronted Vogue Japan. For more from her, check out her Instagram.
