Epstein files have been catastrophic for many people around the world, but one person in particular is facing the heat of these files: Ex-Prince Andrew.

Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor was arrested on his 66th birthday in February 2026 and questioned under criminal caution on suspicion of misconduct in public office while serving as a British Trade envoy.

According to RadarOnline, investigators in this case are now also reviewing new allegations of inappropriateness during Royal Ascot.

He allegedly misbehaved with a woman during Royal Ascot in 2002.

The alleged incident took place between June 18 and June 22, 2002. This was the same year as the famous Berkshire horse race, attended by Queen Elizabeth II as part of her Golden Jubilee celebrations. Other senior members of the Royal Family were also present there, including then-Prince Charles and Princess Beatrice.

Thames Valley Police also confirmed that investigators were pursuing multiple lines of inquiry connected to the case. However, authorities have not publicly released details about the woman involved or the nature of the allegations. A spokesperson for the force said:

“We cannot go into specifics of the investigation, but we are following all reasonable lines of inquiry.”

The exact nature of the allegations remains unknown. Additionally, it’s also not clear whether the accusations were reported at the time or have surfaced more recently.

The annual racing festival has long been a fixture on the royal family’s social calendar. Andrew has attended the event regularly amid reports that he once hosted Jeffrey Epstein and Ghislaine Maxwell in the royal enclosure during past Ascot events.

The new Royal Ascot allegations are part of a wider investigation into Andrew’s long role as Britain’s special representative for trade and investment between 2001 and 2011. Speculation about misconduct in public office, including corruption, fraud, sexual misconduct, and the alleged sharing of confidential information, is part of this investigation.

After his February 2026 arrest, the police also searched his Norfolk residence. They also conducted a week-long search at the Windsor estate, where he has lived for years.

The new allegations have once again drawn attention to Andrew’s association with Epstein. Reportedly, police are also re-reviewing files connected to Virginia Giuffre.

Giuffre accused Andrew of sexually assaulting her on three occasions when she was just 17 years old. She alleges that one of those incidents occurred in 2001 at Maxwell’s London residence.

Andrew has repeatedly denied the allegations. He settled Giuffre’s civil lawsuit in 2022 for a reported $16 million without admitting liability.

The new allegations have also taken social media by storm, with many users predicting he could face prison time. X user @Lady Lavender NYC wrote:

British media wants to sleep through this sh-t, but the wake-up call is fast approaching.

Andrew IS going to prison.

Watch and see.
