A Florida man noticed what appeared to be millions of dollars drifting near the shoreline. While one may expect that greed may have taken him over, he reportedly called the cops and handed over the money to them.
The viral Florida video shows the man discovering suspicious bundles drifting near the shoreline at Lauderdale Beach. Initially dismissing the items as ordinary ocean debris, he dragged them ashore only to realize they allegedly contained a massive amount of money.

Rather than keeping the discovery for himself, he immediately reached out to the law enforcement officials and informed them about the money. Meanwhile, the viral video has drawn mixed reactions from internet users, where a section of users praised the man for his honesty, while many surprisingly questioned his move, insisting that they would’ve reacted differently.
A user said, “The self-control here deserves its own medal.” Another user commented, “Finding millions on a public beach while being recorded… yeah, keeping it was never an option. Props for not being delusional.”

A third user commented, “He’s smart in Florida, he get a percentage for turning it in.” Meanwhile, another user stated, “Must be cash from drug cartel, he did the very best thing by contacting the police. That find could land him in big trouble coz I want to believe he’s not the only one on the beach and he would eventually be captured on camera and prolly go viral online. He did great.”

On the other hand, several users questioned his move as one user said, “This man, why u just throw a blessing away?” Another commented, “bro the guy lost the lifetime opportunity which he has been dreaming of. This proves how we are just puppets and cannot think for ourselves and live peacefully!” Another added, “Why do things I dream of come true for people who don’t appreciate it?”
