A doorbell footage of an Amazon delivery driver went viral. The video showed her driving straight through the homeowner’s lawn. She did not use the driveway and left track marks on the grass. The incident happened in Wisconsin, which has sparked a massive debate online.
It’s unclear how much she would have needed to walk to deliver the package had she used the driveway, but she may have chosen a shorter route through the lawn to save time. Moreover, she is pregnant in the video. Despite that, it seemed disrespectful towards the homeowner, determined to ensure the lawn looked aesthetically pleasing.
The viral video started a debate on social media. Several viewers agreed that the Amazon delivery woman was at fault. One user commented, “Since when is Amazon using personal vehicles for deliveries? I thought only about Amazon vans. This seems fake.” According to Amazon Flex, a person can use their personal car for the deliveries.

The second one commented, “Obviously, this is someone who never had a lawn to take care of before. I want to know what happened after the owner reported her to her boss.”
One viewer called the video staged, “Yeah, this is fake as hell. I’ve never seen a personal vehicle drive for Amazon. They have to identify their delivery service if they handle the mail, too, I think. It’s a Federal law since they deal with mail.”
A viewer came to her rescue since she looked pregnant, “not ok; however, she’s pregnant; this is hard to call. Maybe she should find another job? At the minimum wage, she is working, not on welfare; she is not doing anything illegal.”
Another one defended her, “Yesterday I saw a woman get into trouble because she parked her car while visiting the neighbourhood on someone’s driveway. It’s just grass that got deformed and will get back to normal in just a few days.”
I just can’t defend this one.. she is making it hard for me.. I’m trying, really I am, but I can’t. I have a lawn, people work hard to keep good lawns..
You can’t just drive over peoples lawns..— Jonas Fick (@JonasFick2) June 23, 2026
One more chimed in. “She’s pregnant and can’t run from a dog. I wouldn’t mind if this were my house and yard, I’ll fully understand, considering she didn’t burn out or anything.”
A viewer suggested to her, “Next time, she should leave the package at the end of the driveway. Homeowners can walk and pick it up. That way she doesn’t drive through anyone’s lawn, and she doesn’t have to haul someone’s package through a 1/8 of a mile of lawn,” one netizen asked, “did the driveway even exist to this driver?”
