A TikToker is at the center of an online firestorm after she reportedly posted a video wishing for former U.S. Attorney General Pam Bondi to suffer from throat cancer. The post led to her being fired from her job.
According to Fox News, a TikToker named Caitlyn Aguiar posted the controversial video on the account @glitterandcrossbones in late May 2026. She seemingly prayed that Bondi, who recently confirmed her thyroid cancer diagnosis, suffers from “the worst case of cancer anybody’s ever seen.”
Aguiar reportedly set her TikTok account to private after netizens started slamming her post. However, by then, the video had already been shared across social media platforms.

Speaking of which, “Libs of TikTok” (@libsoftiktok) shared Aguiar’s video on X (formerly Twitter), where it garnered widespread attention and backlash from users as well.
In the video clip, Aguiar can be seen praying with her hands folded as she says, “Dear MAGA Lord Jesus, please let her end up with a hole in her throat that she has to push every time she speaks.”
She then added, “Dear God, if there is a MAGA God, please let Pam Bondi’s throat cancer be the worst case of cancer anybody’s ever seen.”
@libsoftiktok wrote in the caption, “Tiktoker prays for Pam Bondi to suffer permanently from cancer. How are we supposed to share a country with these people?”
Many netizens found Aguiar’s comments offensive and insensitive, and called her out for wishing ill on Bondi.
“May what you put in the universe come back at you tenfold. These homicidal animals deserve everything they wish upon others,” one upset user wrote on X.
Be careful what you wish for Caitlyn Karma will come back on you and the cancer that you wish on another may affect you or someone you love. it is devastating to have or to witness It takes someone who does not value another's life or their own to say something like this, damaged…

“I hope by the end of President Trump’s term that he has reopened the psychiatric facilities meant for them. There’s something wrong with people like this. There’s many on the left that I dislike and I really don’t care for Pam Bondi either but what the hell?” another person’s comment read.
“Be careful what you wish for, Caitlyn Karma will come back on you and the cancer that you wish on another may affect you or someone you love. it is devastating to have or to witness It takes someone who does not value another’s life or their own to say something like this, damaged I hope you seek help,” a third netizen chimed in.
Yet another user posted on X, “SHE SHOULD BE FIRED FROM HER JOB AND MADE FAMOUS ON X FOR WISHING EVIL ON ANOTHER PERSON. GOD DOES NOT LOOK KINDLY ON PEOPLE WHO WISH SUFFERING ON ANOTHER. THE DEVIL IS LOOKING OVER HER SHOULDER. TIME TO REPENT.”

The online backlash against Aguiar bore real-life consequences after she was truly fired from her job.
Caitlyn Aguiar reportedly worked as an assistant vice president at Jeanne D’Arc Credit Union. The company’s social media account issued a statement following the controversy, confirming the TikToker had been fired.

“Jeanne D’Arc does not support or condone this behavior, or any conduct by an employee that violates our policies, values, and commitment to those we serve. Although Jeanne D’Arc does not comment on personnel matters, we can confirm that the individual is no longer employed by Jeanne D’Arc,” the post said.
Reports about Bondi’s cancer diagnosis surfaced after Axios first broke the news on May 27, 2026. Soon, Bondi confirmed the diagnosis to the media.
She was diagnosed with thyroid cancer shortly after President Donald Trump removed her from her post as U.S. Attorney General in April 2026. Bondi told CBS News that she had surgery a couple of weeks back and is currently undergoing treatment.
Meanwhile, another TikToker from Kentucky landed in hot water for allegedly making disturbing remarks about Bondi’s cancer diagnosis.
