A video of a fake Burger King went viral on social media when an elderly woman was given a plastic burger. The woman’s granddaughter with the Instagram handle @msprettyylonerr posted a video unwrapping the burger. She exclaimed, “Burger King, count your days. Who gave my grandma a fake burger?”
She asked, “What is this? “Grandma, who gave you a fake burger she replied, how the hell do I know?” She went to Burger King and came home with what turned out to be a full plastic prop burger.
A grandmother stopped by Burger King and proudly brought home what she thought was a delicious burger.

The burger had two bright buns and a Burger King logo at the bottom. In between the buns, there were plastic tomatoes, lettuce, and a patty. This may have been a prank on the Grandma, or some worker may have unintentionally packed the prop burger instead of a real one.
Over 6 million people watched the video on Instagram. One Instagram user joked, “Fake beef leading to real beef.” Another added, “That looks like it’s worth a lot more than a burger, though.”

Another viewer commented, “Please tell me which branch sells it, I want to buy it too.” Many people pointed out that this fake burger was more expensive than the real one and will stay the same forever.
One viewer took a sarcastic dig, “So they literally stole from her?? And took away her food, this is just elder cruelty.” One user commented, “That artificial hamburger probably has a much higher value than a real hamburger.” Experts label fast food as harmful to health for several reasons. It’s high in calories and does not offer much nutrition. Besides, it can impact digestive health, the cardiovascular system, and even the central nervous system.
Hence, many joked that this might be better than the frozen meat burgers.
