Florida police responded to a report of a woman refusing to pay for her meal at a pizza place. The incident happened on April 4, 2024, and the whole interaction was captured on a police bodycam. The video footage started with police arriving at the pizza place. They found a woman who could not pay $53.78 for her order and was creating a scene.
She had different excuses each time the officers asked her why she could not pay. At first, she said she needed to get her phone to make money, but it did not have a battery. She also claimed that she will post on Facebook to ask people to pay.
Furthermore, she explained that her ex-boyfriends, who are all her friends, would pay for the meal. She told the officers, “I’m going to make money if I have my phone to make money.” The woman claimed her dad was in the NYPD and she also served in the police, but has retired, which turned out to be a made-up story.
She told the police they should call her mother since she wouldn’t believe her. She added, “If you call her, okay, if you call her, she’s not going to believe me, she thinks I’m a p*ycho, she’s stealing my kids from me, we can trauma bond all day long, but we’re not going to do that.” They called her mother, and she revealed her daughter didn’t pay the bill at a bar last night.

She also claimed that she has $7.5M dollars. Furthermore, the woman also complained that this happened to her all the time. Florida law considers dine-and-dash as a criminal offense. The woman was arrested for trespassing and defrauding an innkeeper. The pizza place owners thanked the police and told them they could come for pizza later, which would be at the house.
The woman’s behavior raised red flags, with several viewers doubting her mental health. She made claims like she has millions of dollars and Facebook users will pay for her food. The bodycam video has over 3.2 million views on YouTube. One viewer commented, “Every single sentence out of her mouth ends with a snotty tone.”
The second one joked, “‘This happens to me all the time.’ Stop doing it then.” The third one posted, “She says her mom thinks she is a psycho. I think her mom is 100% correct.” One more took a jab, “I think ordering and eating $53 worth of pizza in one sitting, ALONE, is the most insane thing going on here.”
Another one agreed with her mother, “‘She thinks I’m a psycho,’ spot on, mom!” With over 24K comments, the video proved to be equally concerning and entertaining to the viewers.
