Upcoming PlayStation 3 adventure Heavy Rain is looking like the hotness in this latest trailer released by French developer Quantic Dream. Scheduled for release this year, it’s a title that’s got a lot of game journos excited, with its promise of a deep, dark, and serious storyline focusing on a a serial killer known as “The Origami Killer”.
I was previously a little cynical about the game’s desperation to be seen as “mature,” but no doubt about it: the new trailer is a cracker. And yes, it’s in Japanese, but it also manages to speak another language, a tongue that crosses oceans and entire continents. And that, my friends, is the language of epic :
