The press release I opened earlier from Activision just transformed into a rather spiffing debut trailer for Transformers: War for Cybertron , so let’s end the week on a high by watching giant robots smash the crap out of each other.
This entry in the series is based on the movies (but thankfully NOT the so-bad-I-can’t-believe-I’m-paying-to-see-this second film), covering events that took place before the first flick. In a nutshell, evil old Megatron fancies gaining sole ownership of Cybertron, and it’s up to the Autobots to stop him.
It’s coming on PS3, 360, and PC, and hits stores in May. Trailer, roll out !
