Reality TV personality Brandi Glanville appears to think that Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce‘s prenup should include a unique clause that would protect Kelce from any potential hate from obsessive Swifties, in case the couple ever separates in the future.
Taylor and Travis’ upcoming high-profile wedding is undoubtedly one of the most anticipated occasions among their massive fan base. While the celebrity couple has been extremely hush-hush about their plans, fans have not stopped speculating about their D-Day and everything leading up to the event, including complicated legal procedures like prenups.
A conversation on the same started on a recent episode of Glanville’s “Brandi Unfiltered” podcast. There, she referenced a suggestion allegedly from a TMZ Live caller, who put forth the idea of a prenup clause that would require Taylor to urge her fans not to go after Travis if they ever decide to part ways.

“They wanted to put the divorce like, they’re getting a prenup. And they wanted to put it in the prenup that the Swifties sign NDAs, and then like Taylor comes out and says, ‘If they ever get a prenup or if they ever get a divorce,’ I saw this on TMZ Live. So, I don’t know if it’s really happening. But they’re usually on point,” Glanville said on her podcast.
“But somebody who called in said this, so I don’t know. But they said that Taylor has to make a point to say, ‘Hey guys, you know, we separated amicably, and please don’t go after him. He is the love of my life. It just didn’t work out.’ So the Swifties don’t like kill him,” she added.
Glanville then opined that the suggestion by the TMZ caller was rather “smart” as social media has the power to scare people “in their boots.”

Taylor’s millions of fans across the world are known to be extremely protective and passionate about her. Popularly known as “Swifties,” the “Look What You Made Me Do” singer’s fans observe and analyze every move made by her, often obsessing over the minute details of her personal and professional lives.
Given that some of Taylor’s exes, such as Jake Gyllenhaal and John Mayer, continue to be widely criticized by a section of the fanbase, it is not surprising that such a prenup clause meant to safeguard Travis from a potential barrage of Swiftie hate is part of the discourse online.

However, neither Taylor, 36, nor Travis, 36, has publicly confirmed or denied any prenup terms yet.
The couple announced their engagement via a social media post last August. Following the announcement, family law attorney Monica Mazzei theorized that a Swift-Kelce prenup almost certainly already exists, signed even before the engagement, according to a report by Fox News.
Mazzei explained that apart from dealing with the combined net worth of $1.67 billion, Taylor and Travis’ prenup could also be used to protect their privacy if, unfortunately, their marriage did not work out.
