Jennie Garth wasn’t able to fight back her tears in Friday night’s episode of Jennie Garth: A Little Bit of Country as she discussed her divorce from Peter Facinelli with a therapist and two other women.

A teary-eyed Garth discussed her divorce from Facinelli with the group, explaining that she feels angry over the divorce filing–but she isn’t sure if she’s angry at herself, or if she’s angry with her former husband.

“I think with any sort of rejection, you’re angry that you weren’t enough for that person,” she said (via People ). “So I don’t know if I’m angry at myself for not being enough, or if I’m angry at him for not considering me to be enough.”

Garth says that she felt that she failed their daughters, and that the divorce threw her for a loop. The 40-year-old said that she hoped her marriage with Facinelli would last “forever,” and that, after the divorce, Garth realizes how much she loved Peter.

“It’s weird and sad, but I really realized through this whole experience how much I loved him, how deeply I loved him and how deeply I loved us,” she explained.
