Actress Halle Berry is reportedly preparing to take the big plunge for the third time.
According to US Weekly , Berry, 45, and her French beau Olivier Martinez, 45, have gotten engaged over the holidays. Oliver popped the big question, presenting the Monster’s Ball star with an emerald-and-diamond ring from Gurhan.
Quoting a source, the popular gossip site also added that Berry “had given up on being married, but she trusts Olivier. He makes her feel safe. He’s a keeper!”
Martinez (best known for his role in the film Unfaithful) and Berry first met while working opposite one another on the movie Dark Tide; they soon emerged as a hot new couple in the fall of 2010.

This will be the first marriage for Martinez, who previously dated Australian pop princess Kylie Minogue, 43, for several years – and supported her through her battle with breast cancer – before they split in 2007.
As for Berry, she was previously married to baseball star David Justice from 1993-1997 and later tied the knot with singer Eric Benet in 2001, only to separate two years later.
Halle Berry also has a 3-year-old daughter, Nahla, with ex-boyfriend Gabriel Aubry .
