A 22-year-old woman was arrested after a late-night domestic dispute at a gas station in Florida. The altercation with her former boyfriend turned physical after the man alleged his ex-girlfriend tried to run him over with her car.

The incident, which took place on October 16, 2025, was caught on a responding police officer’s bodycam. The footage, which has gained more than 25,800 views, was posted by YouTube channel Crime Time Cam. The names of those involved were not disclosed in the video.

“Hey, what’s going on? Why are we yelling in the middle of the shed front?” one officer can be heard in the footage. “Well, you first of all, you called us and said he hit you with your car.”

According to the bodycam footage, the couple, who had recently broken up but were still staying together at his cousin’s house, got into the fight after one of them stopped at a RaceTrac gas station in Nokomis. “(I’ve) been dealing with this since June,” the woman said, further alleging that the man tried “to hit her.”

“She tried to run me over here,” the man, however, told the officers while explaining the details. “When she did all this in the house, I grabbed my stuff and went out. I was in the middle of the car and called 911. I couldn’t speak to you. She disrespected me the whole time.”

As evidence, the man also showed scratch marks on his arms, claiming they came from his former girlfriend during the fight. The woman can be seen flatly denying this allegation, saying the marks were from an earlier, unrelated incident.

The woman has also denied trying to run over him with her car, saying that it was the opposite. “I ain’t going to hit you. I left out of there and got on the phone. I wasn’t following him. I can’t help we go to the same gas station,” she said on the footage, which captures raw tension between the two throughout.

The bodycam shows the woman snapping at one point, “You think you’re going to treat me any kind of way?” later adding, “I don’t want to be around you no more.”

Financial tensions and living arrangements appeared to have fueled the altercation. The woman told officers, “I don’t have a job…I’m about to go to my family home” The man, on the other hand, said, “I work. Waste Pro. I’m a truck driver,” pointing to his own job stability.

As officers tried to understand the reason for the dispute, the situation grew tense as police moved to take the woman into custody. Unable to hold back her frustration with the process, the woman told officers, “He should have been locked up.”

She was ultimately arrested and charged with battery and aggravated assault, according to the footage.

The clip has sparked heated debate in the comments section, with many viewers siding with the boyfriend.

“She has a bad, nasty attitude, man stay away from her,” one commenter wrote. Another questioned the woman’s grievances given her own admitted unemployment: “She’s mad at him for not having a job and taking care of her bills, while not having a job herself, and can’t pay her own bills?????” A third added, “So let me get this straight, she has no job, stays with him and he has obligations to her, bruh.”
