Police arrested entitled drunk Karens during Florida traffic stops as they failed to comply with the investigation. One of the drunk women was a veteran who was found sleeping in her vehicle. The police woke her up and realized she was drunk and slurring. They asked her to blow into a breathalyzer. But she said, “No, because I will not blow in any breathalyzer. I would request the lawyer of the court.” Moreover, she denied that she was driving the vehicle.

Meanwhile, her vehicle was a suspect under investigation for a hit-and-run case. A lot of things that she said did not make sense as she was drunk. The officer noted, “We don’t understand what you’re saying because you’re slurring.” She bragged, “I’m not, actually. I’m speaking very good English, but you can say whatever you want.”

She also told them she had several degrees and is a veteran. The officers requested her to comply with the investigation; however, she turned out to be extremely difficult to handle. They were trying to keep up with her stories of military service, PTSD, and a service dog who was in her vehicle. The bodycam video showed her sitting down while answering questions. The officer asked her, “Are you willing to perform roadside exercises to dispel my belief you’re operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol?”

She said, “That is my dog, though, So, he is denying me of my service dog for my panic PTSD. It is a very gray area. It sucks.” After her refusal, they arrested her while she blamed them for violating her rights. In addition, she wanted her service dog to accompany her to the jail. She was charged with DUI and leaving the scene of a crash, hit and run.

In the dashcam of the police vehicle, she was seen telling the cops, “How dare you? You just took me away from my home base cuz I was trying to sleep in my car. Someone did something. Not my fault. What the f**k?”

In the second case, the drunk woman refused to get out of the car and said, “I’m not allowed to at this point. My dad’s a lawyer.” The officer told her that even as a lawyer, her dad would tell her to comply in such a situation. The normal traffic stop turned into a DUI investigation once the officer realized she was smelling like alcohol. She started to do one of the field sobriety tests, but soon began having a panic attack.

The police officer stated, “This episode that you’re having, while I understand that it might be genuine, we still have an investigation to do.” He also suggested they can go to the hospital to continue the investigation. He gave her instructions to do another test, but she did not follow. She also told him she had PTSD and started crying. To this, he replied that she should seek counseling. The officer asked her again, “Do you wish to participate in standardized field sobriety exercises?”

She replied, “I’m not doing this.” The officer responded, “You’re not doing it? All right. You’re being placed under arrest for driving under the influence, as well as obstructing an investigation.” She was charged with DUI and resisting an officer without violence. According to Florida DUI convictions, a first-time offense may lead to six months in prison and a $500 to $1,000 fine.

Netizens slammed the two women for not complying with the officers. One viewer commented, “These delusional kids with their PTSD, depression, anxiety and other excuses for not growing up and accepting responsibilities.”

The second one added, “Self-diagnosed PTSD is not PTSD. It’s just a bs excuse they give to try to get their way.” One user joked, “Wow, 9 degrees. She got them out of cereal boxes.” Another user suggested, “If your PTSD is so bad that you cannot function in life, dear lady, do not drive a car!”
