After conservative activist Charlie Kirk was assassinated at a university campus in Utah, his widow Erika Kirk became the new CEO of Turning Point USA. She preached conservative principles and vowed to carry forward her husband’s teachings. However, insiders reveal that Erika is not doing a very good job managing the organization.
Turning Point USA gained traction even more than before, following Charlie’s death. However, TPUSA’s anticipated halftime show flopped miserably, and it reportedly further complicated the tension.
After Erika Kirk became the new face of the NGO, Turning Point allegedly laid off multiple employees across the company who were allegedly working to destroy it from the inside. An anonymous source told the Daily Mail that some insiders were leaking confidential information to right-wing political commentator Candace Owens.

The informer also revealed that Erika Kirk initially succeeded at bringing TPUSA to the spotlight. However, she may not have what it takes to be the captain of the ship. Hence, Charlie’s sudden death left the organization in a real predicament.
“Bottom line: TPUSA is in real trouble following Charlie’s assassination, and they need to figure out and clarify who exactly they now are and what exactly they now stand for,” they claimed.
Candace received insider information from employees, which also contained chats and call recordings of Erika Kirk. In a recorded Zoom call, Erika is heard calling her husband’s memorial the “event of the century.”

Candace mentioned that the reason why the leakers had bitten their tongues up until now is that they knew better than to go on a witch hunt against a widow right after her husband passed away. She also announced that “the leaks have been confirmed and verified.”
An ex-employee of Turning Point USA, who worked there for more than four years, revealed that the company environment has become increasingly hostile for the employees. “I can’t ignore what I witnessed. Especially how employees are treated and the direction the organization is moving in,” she stated on social media.
She also claimed that she had a positive experience working for the institution up until the leadership shifted. The employees allegedly worked 20-hour days for months following Charlie’s sudden death to keep the company afloat.
Erika Kirk is reportedly experiencing silent resistance from TPUSA employees. Moreover, her absence from the All-American halftime show, an alternative stage organized for those who opted out of the Super Bowl to avoid Bad Bunny’s all-Spanish performance, has fueled rumors that she may step down.
