Trigger Warning: This article contains references to the alleged s*xual abuse of a minor that some readers may find distressing.

A 17-year-old went to Phoenix Chipotle, Arizona, to call 911 after two men s*x assaulted her in a hotel room. Identified as 22-year-old Preston McKee and 21-year-old Brodie Hester, the two men drove six hours to pick up the girl from New Mexico in a blue BMW. McKee is from Apache Junction, and Hester is from Florence.

The victim had told them that she was 18 years old when they first connected through a dating app. She was trying to escape an abusive environment. Little did she know she’d end up in a far worse situation.

The two men found out she was 17 after they saw her state ID in the purse, but that didn’t stop them from committing the crime. Reportedly, they learned about her real age after a detective’s call.

Both McKee and Hester admitted to assaulting the victim. Hester first claimed they only kissed, but then revealed they had s*x four times despite finding out she was 17. McKee also didn’t think her age was a big deal, as it had already happened earlier when they thought she was 18.

The legal age to consent in Arizona is 18. The victim revealed that the two men tied her up and gagged her. They also used a ki*ky mask on her face while assaulting her. Later, McKee left her in the middle of the desert, from where she walked to the Chipotle outlet to call for help.

She also revealed that the men tried to buy her a Greyhound bus ticket to go home when they learned she was 17. However, there was a timing mix-up, so they had to go back to the nearby house.
