Jared Fogle: Ex-Wife Says He Had Sex With 9-Year-Olds, Claims Subway Knew About Spokesman’s Pedophilia

Jared Fogle’s ex-wife has accused the Subway spokesman of having sex with 9-year-olds in a shocking new lawsuit. The pedophile was fired from Subway after he was arrested on charges of child pornography last year, but his ex-wife claims that Subway knew all about Fogle’s pedophilia.

Jared Fogle is serving his more than 15-year prison sentence on child sex and pornography charges. He is also required to pay $14 million to the 14 minor victims of sexual abuse.

His ex-wife, Kathleen McLaughlin, filed a lawsuit against Subway, her ex-husband’s former employer, in Indiana court today, according to Radar Online.

Hamilton Superior Court documents were filed today and revealed that McLaughlin, formerly known as Katie Fogle, claims that Subway knew about Fogle’s “sexual interest and activity with children” more than a decade before his arrest last year.

“As early as 2004, Subway’s then Senior Vice President of Marketing received a complaint that Jared had approached a young girl at a promotional event for a Las Vegas Subway franchise for a sex act.”

McLaughlin is the mother of Jared Fogle’s two children. She alleged that Subway merely asked Fogle, 39, about his actions but failed to talk to the victim. Fogle obviously denied the claims and it was never looked into again.

“A responsible corporation would take immediate action when hearing of this behavior.”

Fogle’s ex-wife claimed that four years after that incident, Jared told a female Subway franchisee in Florida named Cheryl Mills that he “really liked them young” and that she should become a prostitute.

Kathleen McLaughlin also said that Mills told Subway CEO Jeff Moody about what was going on with Jared.

“Jared had had sex with minors from age 9 to 16.”

Jeff Moody supposedly told Cheryl Mills not to tell anyone.

“Please don’t tell me any more. Don’t worry, he has met someone. She is a teacher and he seems to love her very much, and we think she will keep him grounded.”

Kathleen McLaughlin was that teacher.

Fogle had a “good guy” persona, and Kathleen thought she had found a great man to spend her life with. He had lost a lot of weight on Subway and cared about his health and well-being, and he was the founder of a childhood obesity awareness charity.

Little did she know, Jared was hiding a very dark secret: he was a pedophile.

Subway even went as far as to promote Jared Fogle as a “family man” in commercials featuring Kathleen and her two children in 2015.

However, Fogle’s ex-wife said that Subway failed to get “proper consent” from Kathleen to feature them in the advertisements.

“Subway exploited his family despite knowing of allegations that Jared was a pedophile and failing to properly investigate those allegations.”

Kathleen and her family have suffered severe emotional distress due to Subway’s negligence in investigating these pedophilic claims that have seemingly gone on for years.

McLaughlin is being represented by the Indiana law firm Church, Church, Hittle & Antrim. She will be seeking statutory and treble damages from Subway. This afternoon, she will hold a press conference to address the lawsuit.
