Sure, it may be hard to judge a team on one regular season game. However I think in week one we saw some comers and some goers. More than likely the week two games will turn these rankings on there ear as we see patterns emerge. Given the performances of the 32 teams in week one this is my opinion on where each team stands compared to the other 31 teams. With that being said here are my week two power rankings with a up or downward trend.
- New England Patriots- They killed the Bengals and have a little swagger trending way up
- New Orleans Saints- The one a tough one against the Vikings trending even
- Baltimore Ravens- a statement win over the Jets trending even
- Green Bay Packers- I am very high on them right now trending even
- New York Jets- Too much hype, too much talk trending down
- Indianapolis Colts- Did they really lose to the Texans? trending down
- Cincinnati Bengals- Got a beat down from the Patriots trending down
- Minnesota Vikings- there are still a lot of questions about this team trending down
- Houston Texans- The beat the Colts and looked good doing so trending up
- Tennessee Titans- They scored a lot of points on the Raiders trending up
- Pittsburgh Steelers- a Tough win, but a win trending even
- New York Giants- They beat up on Carolina trending even
- San Francisco 49ers- It seems like this team has many problems trending way down
- Dallas Cowboys- a lose to the Redskins is tough to swallow trending down
- San Diego Chargers- A loss to the Chiefs is also hard to swallow trending down
- Philadelphia Eagles- Vick may just be teh man once again trending even
- Atlanta Falcons- After a tough loss, questions remain trending down
- Miami Dolphins- No credit for beating the Bills trending even
- Kansas City Chiefs- They beat teh Chargers, and that is a great win trending up
- Arizona Cardinals- I still question this team, but a win is a win trending up
- Chicago Bears- moved the ball, but lots of turnovers trending up
- Tampa Bay Buccaneers- sure teh Browns imploded but a win is a win for a young team trending even
- Jacksonville Jaguars- They beat Denver and they should have trending even
- Seattle Seahawks- I don’t think we know what this team will be yet trending up
- St. Louis Rams- Sam Bradford had a very rookie QB kind of week trending up
- Washington Redskins- a great win, but questions remain trending up
- Denver Broncos- I have no clue what this team is, or can be trending even
- Carolina Panthers- Cost cutting may have hurt this team severely trending down
- Detroit Lions- they continue to find ways to lose games trending down
- Oakland Raiders- the new look defense got pummeled trending down
- Cleveland Browns- they beat themselves and much work remains on the rebuild trending down
- Buffalo Bills- I do not know what they can do trending down
