President Donald Trump seems to have indulged in yet another late-night posting spree. This time, he invoked a James Bond reference with what appears to be an AI-generated image of himself.

Around 11:44 p.m. on June 2, 2026, Trump took to Truth Social and shared an AI-generated photo of himself in a suit and tie, standing in front of a mirror-like object that created multiple reflections of his person. A simple overlay caption accompanied the picture that read, “Trump 007,” referring to the popular James Bond franchise.

Last month, the White House posted a different photo of Trump as James Bond after reports surfaced that Amazon MGM Studios is on the lookout for a new actor to feature in the iconic role.

On Tuesday night, Trump, who turns 80 soon, also posted an old black-and-white photo of himself with the late music legend Whitney Houston. The text on top of the picture read, “Whitney Houston and Future President Donald J. Trump.”

His posting spree also included him calling himself the “greatest attraction,” as he stood on a stage in front of a crowd. He also re-shared a letter that pushed for the pardon of a disgraced ex-congressman who was found guilty of insider trading.

Earlier this week, Trump sparked an online debate after he shared an AI-generated image of Mount Rushmore. The image showed his likeness carved next to the other four historic American presidents: George Washington, Thomas Jefferson, Theodore Roosevelt, and Abraham Lincoln.

Keeping up with his interest in AI-generated pictures, Trump recently posted AI images of himself firing missiles from space and holding a rifle with explosions depicted in the background.

In April, the president found himself at the center of another controversy when he faced bipartisan criticism for posting a digitally modified photo of himself in a Jesus-like avatar. In the picture, Trump was seen dressed in a white robe, appearing to heal a man by placing his hand on his forehead.

Following severe backlash, Trump told reporters that he thought the highly controversial image depicted him as a “doctor.”

“It’s supposed to be me as a doctor making people better,” he said. “And I do make people better. I make people a lot better.”

The U.S. Commander-in-Chief faced similar backlash in May last year after he shared a picture depicting himself as the Pope, just two weeks after the death of Pope Francis.

Trump has been spending a lot of time on his social media platform during his second term in office.

According to The Daily Beast, Trump allegedly made 861 posts and reposts in May 2026 alone – his highest ever in a single month. In April 2026, Trump reportedly posted 565 times, averaging 18 posts per day, with one-third of these posts being shared at night.

The White House pushed back against the media outlet’s report and said that Truth Social is “hotter” than ever because of Trump’s “unfiltered and direct thoughts.”
