Texas police charged Douglas Faith, 75, and Emilie Parma, 32, with public lewdness after officials said they engaged in s*xual activity in a swimming pool while children were present at an apartment complex in Waco, Texas, according to arrest affidavits obtained by KPTV.
Police were dispatched to the Central Texas Marketplace apartment complex, 5210 Bagby Avenue, on Sunday, July 26, at 4:55 p.m. to investigate a report of indecent exposure.
Authorities noted they received multiple 911 calls from witnesses who stated that their children were uncomfortable because of Faith and Parma’s conduct. Waco police officers interviewed at least eight witnesses. According to the affidavits, witnesses told investigators they saw Parma on top of Faith in a corner of the pool and heard her moaning.

Faith told investigators Parma had been on top of him, but denied the two had s*xual intercourse. He said a “penile implant” made intercourse impossible. The affidavits state that Faith acknowledged the two engaged in s*xual contact.
Both Faith and Parma were arrested and booked into McLennan County Jail. According to court documents, Faith was also charged with possession of marijuana after officers allegedly found two marijuana joints in his pocket during his arrest. According to court records cited by The New York Post, Faith was released on a $3,000 bond, while Parma was released on a $1,500 bond.
Under Texas Penal Code Section 21.07, public lewdness is a Class A misdemeanor. A conviction carries a maximum penalty of one year in jail and a fine of up to $4,000. The offense does not require registration as a sex offender under Texas law.
Faith’s additional marijuana possession charge is a Class B misdemeanor under Texas law. If convicted, he could face up to 180 days in jail and a fine of up to $2,000.
