According to RadarOnline.com, the mega-billionaire is preparing a prenup so legally unbreakable, even seasoned divorce sharks are calling it a masterpiece in wealth protection.

The lavish three-day wedding spectacle is set to unfold in Venice from June 24 to 26, and is expected to be nothing short of royal. But before the champagne flows and the vows are exchanged, insiders say Sánchez will have to put pen to paper on one of the most ironclad agreements the legal world has seen.
Alphonse Provinziano, a top California attorney known for handling big-name celebrity splits, told RadarOnline, “Jeff Bezos doesn’t just want a prenup, he wants a prenup that will survive any legal challenge.”
And that’s no small feat.
Provinziano mentioned that to bulletproof the agreement, Bezos must hand over a full play-by-play of his financial empire. That includes documentation of all his complex accounting webs and billion-dollar business entanglements, leaving no room for Sánchez’s team of lawyers to later claim any funny business.
“For someone as rich as Bezos, that means preparing documentation of the complex accounting arrangements and business deals he’s involved in so that she couldn’t later claim that he hid certain assets from her,” Provinziano explained.

There’s also a legal catch: in some states, the prenup must be “conscionable,” aka fair to the party with fewer assets. In this case, Sánchez.
“All in all, it’s a lot of work for teams of lawyers,” Provinziano noted bluntly.
This isn’t Bezos’ first time at the altar, or in the courtroom.
When he married MacKenzie Scott back in 1993, Amazon was just a nerdy garage startup with dreams of books and bandwidth. Back then, Bezos skipped the prenup. When the two split in 2019, Scott walked away with 4% of Amazon, vaulting her into billionaire status overnight.
Today, her net worth has soared past $165 billion, per Forbes.

The Venice celebration is shaping up to be the biggest blowout the city has seen in decades, with residents already bracing for the chaos. Reports say, Bezos had booked five luxury hotels and all water taxis for the grand ceremony.
“People are almost hysterical with excitement – from water taxis to the hotel concierges,” one insider gushed.
