An international tourist visiting Florida from Canada was reported for creating a massive disturbance at Universal Studios. Police responded to the call from witnesses who saw the woman hitting her fiancé. The incident happened on November 26, 2025, when the intoxicated woman, Jillian, was being aggressive towards her fiancé. A witness told the police the fiancé was being calm even in such a situation and trying to control her.
She said, “He was very calm. He was like, ‘You need to stop.’ Every time that she would hit him, he would just stop.” The police officers approached the woman and tried to talk to her. But she was out of control and hard to restrain.
She ran away and also shoved an officer, leading to an additional battery charge. The police chased after her, and people at the park helped to track her down. They had to handcuff her. Even when she was handcuffed, she was screaming to be let go.
The bodycam video revealed that she repeatedly asked the officers to get their hands off her. She even accused one of them of inappropriately touching her and said, “Get your hands off, b–.” However, that wasn’t the case; they were just holding her arms to restrain her.
Instead of a police vehicle, she was taken in an ambulance as she had some injuries to her knees. So she had to be medically cleared to be taken to the prison. After that, the police interrogated the fiancé again, who tried to defend her. He had marks on his face and denied that his girlfriend had hit him. The officer mentioned he had several scratch marks on his face.
He said the marks were older and not from that day. The police told him she would be charged with domestic violence, as they have multiple witnesses from the park who saw it. In the state of Florida, they don’t need him to admit to DV, but they can still charge her.
The officer took a photo of the injured for documentation. The woman was taken to the prison after being cleared by the medical team. After the arrest, the officer told her she could post bail of $5,000 and get out of jail.

Apart from DV, she was charged with two counts of battery on a law enforcement officer, resisting an officer with violence, and resisting an officer without violence. She entered a plea for the misdemeanor charge of resisting an officer without violence. She initially pleaded not guilty to battery on a law enforcement officer. Meanwhile, the prosecutor dropped the charges.
The court ordered her to pay $1,348 in court costs, fees and reimbursement for the police department. Along with the fees, she was asked to write a letter of apology.
The video has over 45k views on YouTube. The woman’s behavior shocked many. One user commented, “Recovering alcoholic? Seems she’s recovered from her sobriety.” Another one posted, “She should have been in cuffs the first time she swatted the officer!”
One viewer suggested, “Her fiancée needs to get as far away from her as possible! I loved the no-nonsense cop; he was great!” “Sir….if there is ever an example of how telling someone to “calm down” does NOT work,” joked another. A fellow Canadian posted, “As a Canadian, we don’t claim this hot mess. Most of us try not to be rude and belligerent.”
