A former Waterbury police Capt. has been charged with disorderly conduct after a co-worker told him to “Bite Me” and he complied.
Capt. Francis Woodruff was bugging one of his co-workers, Rochelle Wyler, at the Connecticut Police Academy April 24th, calling her a ‘clerk’ and she didn’t like it, saying “Bite Me.” Woodruff promptly bit her, causing minor injuries. A police arrest report says Wyler had teeth marks and some bruising on the back of her arm from the incident. Woodruff was charged and released on the condition to appear in court.
Woodruff is one of the training co-ordinators at the 130 member police department in Meriden, Connecticut.
