Kristen Stewart and Michael Pitt are together, according to some of the rumors that have been flying around the internet lately. That’s the result of a UK tabloid The Sun report on Sunday that said the 23-year old Twilight sensation was getting over her breakup from Robert Pattinson with the help of the scrumptious 32-year-old Boardwalk Empire actor.
According to their unnamed and undescribed source, Kristen Stewart and Michael Pitt met at Paris Fashion Week, where they immediately hit it off. Assuming this individual actually existed, he or she reportedly claimed that the two had a lot in common because they were both bookworms who were somewhat uncomfortable with the spotlight.
Hmm. They would make a tasty pair, wouldn’t they?
And the rumors didn’t appear to be one of those tabloid stories that a bored fiction-writer-turned-reporter pulled out of their elbow. As OMG Yahoo! noted, Kristen Stewart and Michael Pitt were in fact photographed sitting together during a Paris Fashion Week event.
They posed for pictures in the front row at the Chanel show with Pitt all in black and sweet Stewart in white. However, even though she wasn’t in the photo, OMG! acknowledged that Pitt was actually attending the event with his longtime girlfriend Jamie Bouchert.
As the rumors swelled, a representative for Michael Pitt came forward Monday to tell E Online that the stories aren’t true. Pitt’s rep said, “While we do not comment on our clients’ personal lives, please know that there is absolutely no truth whatsoever to this rumor that Michael Pitt and Kirsten Stewart are dating.”
