80-year-old Charlie’s Angels star Jaclyn Smith has finally revealed the beauty secret behind her youthful appearance. One may assume her youthful glow is the result of plastic surgeries and several beauty products, but Smith credited something much simpler.
During the 2026 Paley Honors Spring Gala in New York City, Smith was asked about her beauty secret. She told Fox News, “Clean living, being loved. I have the best family in the whole wide world to grow up with. Great husband, two beautiful children, three granddaughters. So, it doesn’t get better than that. It’s all about love, all about family with me.”
Smith believes her beauty secret is the love she gets from her family. She married surgeon Brad Allen in 1997 and has built a fulfilling life with him. She suggested her outlook has less to do with beauty products and more to do with family and happiness.

Many fans have praised Smith’s youthful appearance at the age of 80. Over the years, several people have speculated whether she has undergone a non-invasive procedure. However, she has now clarified the rumors. Apart from happiness, good genetics and healthy living may also be adding to her beauty.
She attended the gala with her Charlie’s Angels co-stars to mark the 50th anniversary of the series. The show ran from 1976 to 1981 and made the three actresses household names. On-screen, they were fighting criminals, while off-screen, they were building an everlasting friendship.

Charlie’s Angels stars Kate Jackson, Jaclyn Smith, and Cheryl Ladd spoke about surviving breast cancer. They were diagnosed at different points in their lives and were each other’s strength during those hard times. They said they leaned on each other while on the road to recovery, going through treatments.
Smith is also working on a memoir, “I Once Knew a Guy Named Charlie”, which will include more behind-the-scenes stories and personal reflections.
She told PEOPLE, “People have often asked me to share behind-the-scenes stories, and in these pages, you will find plenty. But there is another goal I had in writing this book. And that is to finally let others see the girl behind the image.”
The memoir is scheduled for release in September 2026 and is expected to include personal anecdotes and inspirational stories.
