Family Of Three Killed After Criminal Running From Cops T-Bones Their Vehicle In North Versailles, Pennsylvania

A family of three, including a two-year-old girl, was killed after a criminal running from the cops T-boned their vehicle in North Versailles, Pennsylvania, on Thanksgiving.

According to CBS Pittsburgh, the family was traveling to an uncle’s house for dinner, when their vehicle was struck by 22-year-old Demetrius Coleman.

It was revealed that Coleman was running from the cops after he was pulled over for a traffic violation, and realized that the officer knew that he had a warrant out for his arrest for a probation violation related to his previous drug case.

It was estimated that Coleman was traveling upwards of 100-miles-per-hour when he collided broadside with David Bianco’s car. The vehicle immediately went up in flames from the hard impact.

David Bianco, Kaylie Meininger, and their daughter, Annika, were killed instantly at the intersection of routes 30 and 48 in North Versailles.

Coleman is now being charged with homicide in this case.

Brittany Puccio, Kaylie’s cousin, was completely devastated.

“We were eating our Thanksgiving meal when we got the phone call about it. My cousin Kaylie, she just got a job. She always made sure they provided for Annika. They were talking about the future and getting married.”

Puccio also stated that David was a great person.

Coleman was taken to UPMC Mercy Hospital under guard, and was said to be in serious condition. A woman, who was a passenger in Coleman’s car, was said to have a broken wrist.

A roadside memorial took place at the location of the accident, where many people visited to support the community and the deceased family.

Jennifer George took her two children to the memorial, where they left a stuffed animal in memory of the family and the little girl, who tragically lost their lives.

“You feel horrible for family that went through this tragedy. I just wish that the community would come together, not only for the family but, for the police officer because while everybody was at Thanksgiving dinner with their family, he was out here trying to protect and serve, and a family lost their lives.”

The community from the borough of Pitcairn, which is where the family was from, held a vigil in memory of the three who lost their lives.
