Sheryl Crow Selling Her Home For $16 Million

Sheryl Crow has listed her Hollywood Hills estate for $16 million. The Hollywood home is an 11 acre compound that includes three homes.

Crow’s rustic compound is listed for $15,950,000 and comes complete with an infinity pool, a campsite area, hiking trails, and three separate homes, reports TMZ.

If the house sells for its listing price, then Crow will have made a momentous $885,000 off of the property, which she purchased in 1993.

The main house is styled in the Spanish Revival era, built in 1924, and boasts four bedrooms, three bathrooms, and a powder room. The listing describes the house as, “private celebrity compound behind gates … perched above the heart of Hollywood,” according to The Daily Mail.

Sheryl Crow’s house is also equipped with a Chef’s kitchen, library, wine cellar, and a quaint, yet tasteful music room. Outside, the property also comes with a Craftsman cottage built in 1909 with three bedrooms, three bathrooms, and a panoramic view of Hollywood.

The third cottage dates back even farther, to 1885, and includes a kitchen, two bedrooms, and two bathrooms. There is also a tasteful pergola complete with a stone fireplace and a barbecue. The three homes are tied together with pathways and hiking trails while the trees hide a tee pee and a campsite.

There is also a playground, palapas, and the resort-style infinity pool. If all of these amenities aren’t enough to cover the $16 million price, consider the fact that Sheryl Crow recently had all three houses remodeled and restored, making sure that they all kept true to the era they were built in.
