Selena Gomez and Taylor Swift used to be the best of friends. However, in recent times, they have been hit by one too many rumors. First came the news that Selena Gomez did not hang out with BFF Taylor Swift. Instead, she was seen with Josephine Skriver.
She even posted a picture of the both of them, captioned, “My date last night was hotter than yours????????????????”
It was reported that Selena Gomez spent way too much time with Taylor Swift’s brother Austin Swift at the Vanity Fair Oscar Party. And now, rumors suggest that Selena Gomez is jealous of Taylor’s relationship with her boyfriend, Calvin Harris. It must be noticed that Swift and Harris recently celebrated their first anniversary, the Inquisitr reported. Taylor posted a picture of the pendant she got from Harris, and he posted a video of the two of them having fun on their anniversary.

“There wasn’t one time that I didn’t see them (Selena and Austin) together. Granted, Taylor was also with them, but at one point it was just the two of them dancing while Taylor was dancing with Lorde and Brie Larson. Selena and Austin weren’t holding hands or anything like that, but they do make a good looking couple, and they looked like they were having a great time together,” an eyewitness told Hollywood Life.

It seems like Gossip Cop differs with the Hollywood Life story. The website said that the two did not ignore each other and that the two close friends are not fighting. They confirmed that there was no truth to the Hollywood Life report. Point taken, but why are the rumors of Selena Gomez’s jealousy with Taylor’s relationship in the air?
Hollywood Life has reported that although Selena Gomez is absolutely thrilled Swift has found her soulmate, she may be jealous that she hasn’t. The source goes on to say that the commitment Taylor and Calvin have is something Selena has always dreamed of.
“Selena would give anything to be in a relationship like Taylor and Calvin’s,” an insider told Hollywood Life. “To have this type of commitment and respect for each other would be a dream for Selena. She has been very supportive of Taylor and Calvin’s relationship and was the first to wish them Happy Anniversary. Their relationship gives Selena hope that she will one day have the same thing and that one day she will find her soulmate.”

According to W Magazine, she said, “I’m so exhausted. I honestly am so done. I care about his health and well-being. But I can’t do it anymore.”
