WWE Rumors, Spoilers: Brock Lesnar Returns On ‘Raw’ And Former Members Of The Shield Collide

The “Road to WrestleMania” is fully underway and this week on Monday Night Raw, things are truly going to get rolling. The main event has been set for Fastlane, and it’s a huge triple threat match between Brock Lesnar and two former members of The Shield: Dean Ambrose and Roman Reigns. A lot more is scheduled to happen according to some rumors and spoilers for this week’s episode.

WWE.com has revealed their “Five-Point Preview” for this week, and one of the biggest storylines heading into the week is the return of Brock Lesnar. He hasn’t been seen since the Royal Rumble, and now he will likely be confronting his two Fastlane opponents for the first time since the match was announced.

After missing Monday Night Raw last week, Brock Lesnar is returning this week and will be there with Paul Heyman. He is going to likely have something to say, or something to do, to his two opponents at Fastlane.

It’s also going to be the first time that Lesnar has been seen since The Wyatt Family eliminated him at the Royal Rumble, and he certainly won’t be happy about it. Rumor has it Lesnar will face either Bray Wyatt or Braun Strowman at WrestleMania 32, but he could end up going in as the WWE Champion.

The official site for the Ricoh Coliseum in Toronto has what seems to be Lesnar taking on Luke Harper at the “March To WrestleMania” live special for the WWE Network. It’s kind of confusing, but that makes it appear as if the Lesnar/Wyatt feud is going to continue.

Will tensions rise between Ambrose and Reigns?

Dean Ambrose and Roman Reigns have long been “brothers” since arriving in WWE as members of The Shield. They’ve come face-to-face before, but never over a prize like the one that will be on the line at Fastlane: a title shot at WrestleMania against Triple H.

Rumors are swirling that Ambrose is going to turn heel and betray his brother at Fastlane, but that still remains to be seen. When something as big as a WWE World Heavyweight Championship shot at WrestleMania 32 is on the line, it’s every man for himself.

Of Rematches and Revenge

Kalisto is the new United States Champion as of a week ago, and it’s the second time he has won the title in the past month. The belt has gone back and forth between Kalisto and Alberto Del Rio a few times now, and it’s believed that their feud will continue.

The thing is, can it continue right now with Alberto Del Rio’s back injury? WWE is making it sound as if Del Rio is simply “biding his time” since he is guaranteed a rematch, but it’s really just him taking some time to heal up.

Will Goldust and R-Truth finally partner up?

Goldust has had some very interesting tag team partners over the years, from Stardust to Booker T, and how he’s looking for another one in R-Truth. It could be quite possible that “The Golden Truth” is coming together, but R-Truth isn’t entirely sure what the intentions of Goldust are.

If they’re anywhere as successful as Book Dust was, then R-Truth should really look into partnering up.

Like a Boss

Charlotte and Becky Lynch have been fighting over the Divas Championship for over a month now, but things just got a lot more interesting. Sasha Banks has now inserted herself into the title fight and parted ways with Team B.A.D. so she can do things all on her own.

A match between Banks and Charlotte would be one of the best women’s matches ever. Adding Lynch into the mix for a triple threat would make it insanely awesome.

WWE is really looking to make Fastlane a much more important Pay-Per-View and not just a filler between Royal Rumble and WrestleMania 32. That’s the reason the main event is a huge triple threat including Brock Lesnar, and it seems to be working. This week’s Monday Night Raw looks to be quite loaded and should keep the ratings up.
