Chris Brown And His Hair Are Off Probation
Chris Brown is finally off probation, meaning the whole legal drama surrounding the 2009 beating of Rihanna is over. BET reports that the “Loyal” singer went to court on Friday, but was nervous and posted about it on social media prior to facing the judge that was going to decide his fate. Also, his hair isn’t blue anymore. Could this be the beginning of a better future for the new father?
The Chicago Defender reports that Brown’s original sentence involved five years of probation, a restraining order keeping him away from Rihanna (which he violated), and several hours of community service hours (which he only just finished, holding up his Between the Sheets tour by a couple of weeks). Brown is lucky for the ordeal to be over since only about a month ago, he feared the possibility of being locked up on a violation of his probation. His probation was revoked after he and his then-girlfriend Karrueche Tran fled out of state — an action that was brought on by a shooting that took place at a nightclub where he had performed.
IM OFF PROBATION!!!!!!!! Thank the Lord!!!!!!

Chris was ecstatic for his probation to end, and why wouldn’t he be? It’s been a tough handful of years for him. His probation has prevented him from doing a lot of things, and the media has flamed him every time he seemingly violated it. Now he can look forward to the next chapter in his life as a father to baby Royalty. Hopefully, he can stay out of trouble from now on and set a good example for her.
He can also look forward to taking his hair out for a celebratory night on the town. His hair, by the way, is no longer the fishbowl shade of blue-green that it’s been in recent weeks. When he appeared in court on Friday, it had been dyed a lavender shade of purple, perhaps even a shade of “Royal” purple?

Chris Brown may be out of the woods when it comes to his criminal legal drama, but now he has to deal with Nia Amey. He recently started taking his baby’s mama to court to pay child support (at a lower amount that he’d been paying her already) because she supposedly leaked his paternity to the media, causing him quite a bit of trouble. Hopefully, things work out for the best now that he has a reason to smile.
