Blue Ivy Carter Baby Photos Hit the Web

Jay-Z and Beyonce have just posted the first photos of their new baby Blue Ivy Carty.

The Carter family started the Blue Ivy Carter Tumblr page at Hellowblueivycarter.com and wrote:

“We welcome you to share in our joy. Thank you for respecting our privacy during this beautiful time in our lives.”

The Daily Mail reports that several celebrities shop around the first photos of their baby to magazines. Jay-Z and Beyonce, however, decided to post the images up on their website for free. Do you like the way that the music superstars handled their first baby photos?

The website right contains a few photos of the family and nothing else. No word on if Jay-Z and Beyonce will use HelloBlueIvyCarter.com to update photos of the child as it grows up.

These are the first public images of Blue Ivy but that doesn’t mean that the baby isn’t already a star. Jay-Z’s latest song “Glory” is dedicated to his newborn child.
