Man Allegedly Kills Family After Lying About Being A Marine

A pastor’s son accused of killing his parents and little brother was extradited back to Texas after fleeing far across state lines.

Isaac Tiharihondi, 19, remained silent as he was escorted into a Harris County police station Monday night.

Tiharihondi was tracked down in Mississippi by FBI agents that followed the trail left by his father’s credit card, which Isaac used to pay for a hotel room on February 4. Isaac was kept in isolation in Raymond, Mississippi until his extradition led to his return to Houston Texas on Monday.

Daily Mail reports that the teenager used a baseball bat to allegedly beat his parents, Israel and Dorcus Ahimbisibwe, to death along with a hammer and a lamp. Reports claim that he also stabbed his five-year-old brother, Israel Jr., in the back and neck with a kitchen knife.

According to court documents, there were visible signs at the scene which proved that the bodies had been dragged and moved.

The bodies of the 19-year-old man’s parents were found buried under blankets and towels in the bathroom. KPRC reports that the body of Isaac’s little brother was found inside a bathtub. Rugs within the apartment were also moved in order to hide blood stains.

When the family did not attend church on February 2, that was when parishioner Keever Wallace decided to visit their home to see what had happened.

“He didn’t show up for church…which is totally out of character for them not to let us know, and didn’t respond to text or phone calls.”

Although the bodies were later discovered that day, authorities believe that they were murdered nearly a week prior to being found.

Isaac Tiharihondi reportedly told his family and friends that he joined the Marines and would be leaving at the end of February. His 17-year-old brother, Emmanuel, who attends a private school in California claims that his parents did not believehim. In a conversation that Emmanuel had with his mother on January 27, she reportedly told him that they were going to confront him about his alleged lies.

According to close friends and family members, the last time that anyone had heard from Isaac’s parents occurred the same day.

Daily Mail reports that Marine recruiters in Houston confirm there is no record of Isaac ever enlisting.

After allegedly murdering his parents and brother, friends claim that Isaac seemed normal. ABC 13 reports that while having lunch with a friend, Isaac apparently made a fake phone call to his mother who had already been killed.

The Memorial High School graduate got a ride to New Orleans a few days after the murders and used a cab to travel to a motel in Jackson, Mississippi.

Isaac Tiharihondi is scheduled to appear in court on Tuesday. The teenage son of a now-deceased pastor faces two counts of capital murder for killing his father, mother and little brother.
