Kendra Wilkinson Talks Scandal, Atkins Low-Carb Weight Loss, And Fears With Dr. Oz [Video]

Kendra Wilkinson knows that most of her life has been spent in the media spotlight. And while she's enjoyed the financial and fame benefits of that publicity, Kendra confessed on Dr. Mehmet Oz's talk show Monday that now, in the wake of a cheating scandal with her husband, she's suffering the downside. From the low carb weight loss diet that she's using to try to regain her pre-baby body to what she really thinks about those rumors, Wilkinson revealed all on the Dr. Oz show.

Trying to stay healthy, Kendra is using the high fat low carb ketogenic Atkins diet. She told Dr. Oz that pregnancy changed her image of herself from a cute sexy girl, but emphasized that she doesn't regret having children. She does feel better, however, after losing her post-baby pounds with the weight loss plan.

As the Inquisitr revealed, Wilkinson chose the Atkins diet after doing research on the best approach.

"I researched the perfect diet for after baby… I love meat, I love vegetables, it's low-carb… it's working so good… You have to go on a diet and really take care of your body."
But although she feels "so good" about her weight loss, Kendra feels intense anxiety about her marriage, she told Dr. Oz. And above all, Wilkinson emphasized that she feels fear about her children and her future.

Kendra repeatedly expressed anger at the person who she calls a "home-wrecker." However, Wilkinson implied that she does feel Hank cheated on her by having an alleged affair with transgender model Ava Sabrina London. She pleaded for people to stop believing all the rumors, and expressed concern that she's not sure how to progress in her life with the relationship problems that plague her.

Are they living together? Dr. Oz asked the question, but Kendra hedged when it came to answering it. She mentioned that they have an apartment. Wilkinson then switched into promoting her TV show, Kendra On Top, encouraging viewers to watch it and saying that every aspect of her real life drama would be played out before their eyes. However, Kendra and Hank Baskett are trying to keep their family image intact for their children. And as part of that, they took their little boy to the beach, revealed E! News.

"They were happy and relaxed," said a source. "They did not show PDA, but they looked really comfortable around one another. Hank was attentive to Kendra. They arrived and left together."

Kendra confessed that she still hopes for their future.

I'm not making a rash decision, divorcing or staying with him. I'm trying to let things happen naturally, let things play out a little longer. Everyone's given a heart to forgive at least once in their lives. I believe this is the chance to use my heart I was given.
But is saving her marriage worth the impact that it has on her health? And if reports are true that they will star in Marriage Boot Camp, can that heal the wounds?
