Duck Dynasty Star Jase Robertson Looks Homeless, Gets Kicked Out Of Hotel

Duck Dynasty Star Willie Robertson: Congressional Run Is 'News To Me'

Jase Roberton is getting paid $200,000 per episode of Duck Dynasty but some people still think that he looks homeless. The reality star was recently kicked out of a New York City hotel because one of the employees was “facial-profiling.”

Robertson said that he was at a hotel in New York when he asked one of the employees for help finding the bathroom. The employee thought that Jase Robertson was homeless and decided to escort him out of the building.

Jase told the story on Live With Kelly and Michael, saying: “The first thing that happened to me at the hotel was I got escorted out… I asked where the bathroom was and he said, ‘Right this way, sir.’ He was very nice. He walked me outside, pointed down the road and said, ‘Good luck.'”

Robertson said that he wasn’t angry about the incident but he was a little confused. The Duck Dynasty star joked that he was the victim of “Facial Profiling.”

Robertson said: “So I circled back around and my wife said, ‘What happened?’ and I just said I just got kicked out.”

Jase Robertson and the rest of the Robertson clan are now earning $200,000 per episode. There was some controversy surrounding the cast’s salaries before the start of season four but the Robertson’s are proving their worth for A&E. The season 4 premiere kicked off this week with a cable ratings record.

Close to 12 million viewers tuned in to watch the season 4 premiere of Duck Dynasty.

Jase, you're a good sport! I bet the hotel sent an extra large fruit basket with their apology. LOL

I don't think an apology would be enough, I don't think that man is capable of doing his job and should be replaced….

the father is a complete turn on because he is a real man. a man who does not follow orders. he makes up his own mind. some of the simple things he says is pure genius. his wife is a beautiful woman. yes, jase is real cute. it's his eyes.

Could work both ways, ya know. What if a "city feller" came into their territory and asked to use the restroom. Might they not be viewed suspiciously? Just sayin'.

Just had an afterthought ~ the PR team for this show is either VERY stupid or VERY smart – no grey area here. If you don't assume that at least SOME folks in a metropolitan area are not watching Duck Dynasty, then you are pretty ignorant or self-absorbed/assuming. And, at the time of booking the room(s) you most certainly would/should mention the "You DO know who we are, don't you?" — so that all the staff, some of which might be in that group who have NOT had the opportunity to watch, will be spared embarrassment and in this case perhaps loss of a job, given how the world works nowadays. On the other hand, what better way to stir things up and get a lot of free advertising? So, who's to say? Both sides could be in on it and that would be lesser of the evils, but if this poor guy loses his job over the incident, if indeed it wasn't "set up", then that would be sad, because, although he did "profile" it seems as though he treated Jase with kindness and I'm sure there are protocols in place for dealing with the truly homeless. I fully realize I'm jaded to the hilt, but in today's world, how can you not be when watching how it works. I'm becoming like my Mom used to say, "Don't believe half of what you see and none of what you hear!" Oy.

Probably NOT….most "Country Folk" like myself are more HOSPITABLE .You'd probably be offered a refreshment, and most likely a good meal

I wish that could be worked into a future show. I love this show, I just bought the first 3 seasons on DVD and I take them with me when I travel. If you are having a bad day this is the cure…….

Would that person have kicked ZZTOP out too? Wake up people, scruffy beards do NOT mean HOMELESS!

Oh for heaven's sake. This man has made a choice to look like a hillbilly (who knows how much of this is put on for the show in the first place) and is making a lot of money for it. I wonder how many people rushing to his defense would cringe or cross the lobby if they saw him in a nice hotel and didn't know who he was? Personally, I don't judge a book by its cover but if you've ever stayed in (or even walked past) a high end hotel in a big city you probably know that real homeless people DO hang out outside the hotels and probably DO come in from time to time — and in order to keep the paying customers happy the hotels do need policies in place to handle it. The man was doing his job and unfortunately did not know who this guy was. He probably looked just like a lot of folks the guy was used to seeing.

I know for a fact that small town folks are often suspicious of "outsiders" of any stripe. They may be hospitable in some parts but sometimes anyone not known is immediately viewed with suspicion. You may offer a meal but you probably don't have your gun very far away. Just saying.

Well since he does look like a homeless person who can blame the hotel employee?
