Police responded to a call of reckless driving on Trux Boulevard in Wisconsin. It could have been a simple traffic stop, but it turned out to be a major domestic dispute between her and her boyfriend, in which she stole his car.

She told the police she got angry at her boyfriend and stole his car. Moreover, the 17-year-old did not have a driver’s license. She was driving with her headlights off and swerving all over the road. When the officer followed her, she did a U-turn and flew back this way at 60 mph.

Her boyfriend also followed her. Once she got caught, she pleaded to her boyfriend, “I took your keys and your car. Please say that. And you have nothing to say but that.” The police officer instructed them not to have a conversation, as it would be an obstruction, interfering with the traffic stop.

The boyfriend told another officer, “I don’t want her to get here to get a Grand Theft Auto or what you guys call that.” He and his father were trying to protect her from serious charges, but it was her reckless behavior and conversation with the officers that led to several charges.

She was misbehaving in the back of the police car as well. She was constantly hurling abuses at the police officers and threatening them. While the officer was driving her to the station, she repeatedly kicked the seats. The officer stopped the car and asked her to do a field sobriety test.

When they got out of the car, he revealed to the other officer that she said “some very disgusting stuff,” trying to threaten as well as seduce him. The drunk teen was threatening the officer that she would urinate in the car. He added, “17-year-olds should never talk like that.” Then she added that she was just joking.

She did not do sobriety tests as she kept complaining about handcuffs, and she couldn’t focus. Officers took her to the hospital to get tested, as she was not complying with the field test. She was taken to the police station, where she was still a menace and was not letting officers file the paperwork.

Even after the bodycam stopped recording, the teen’s behavior was alarming. Her disorderly conduct included remarks on police officers being aroused because of her and saying disrespectful things about their families. She even inappropriately touched the officer Jack’s genital area with her foot while they were waiting in the pre-booking area.

The other officer completed the paperwork. Officers charged her with felony threat to a law enforcement officer, misdemeanor fourth-degree assault, disorderly conduct, and resisting an officer. She was also charged with operating a vehicle while intoxicated.

Later, she was released on a $10,000 signature bond. The court found her guilty of threats to an officer, fourth-degree assault, and operating while intoxicated. Other charges were dismissed, and the court placed her on 30-month probation.
