Selena Gomez May Pay Huge Settlement To End Perfume Lawsuit

Selena Gomez and her legal team are reportedly willing to pay a huge settlement to end a lawsuit with a fragrance company suing the actress-singer.

Back in April, Adrenalina Inc. claimed the star failed to honor her promotional duties for a contract she signed with them in 2011 to front a range of products.

The manufacturer alleged Gomez used non-credible reasons to pull out of her obligations after the company had already sunk $2 million into developing the scent.

Adrenalina Inc.’s suit sought not only damages but also wanted the court to enforce the contract.

According to TMZ, Gomez’s counter-suit claimed Adrenalina Inc. were going out of business and couldn’t afford to produce the product.

The website reports Selena and the manufacturer have reached a settlement to dismiss the case, with speculation the Getaway star could pay out a six or seven-figure sum to put the matter behind her.

Neither party has commented on the lawsuit.

On a lighter note, Selena wows in her latest stint modelling in Adidas NEO’s winter collection.

Speaking about the new range, the pretty brunette said in a statement:

“I love playing around with fashion and mixing different styles together…. I can’t wait to share the best image on my Facebook page!”

The Latina has also teamed up on a new Prince Royce song ” Already Missing You.”

“Feeling a rush, makes me go wild/ Crazy how you know what I think,” Selena sings. “I cannot pretend I won’t be lonely every minute that you’re gone.”

Royce responds,”Trust me, in the end it will be worth it, Cause baby, you’re the one.”

The electro, club-ready track is certainly not lacking in autotune. But it’s also catchy, near-perfect pop and it’s a decent showcase for both artists.

“Already Missing You” will feature on Prince Royce’s upcoming album Soy El Mismo, which drops on October 8.
