An entitled woman called the police to Wendy’s when she did not get a refund. Little did she know that her previous warrants and disorderly conduct would land her in jail. She blocked the drive-thru while demanding a refund for her food. The police officer tried to help her, but soon realized she was the problem.

When the officer asked her to come inside the outlet, she refused and claimed not to feel safe. The officer ensured she would be with her, but she still refused to go inside. After the car number plate check, the officer found out she had an active assault warrant.

Before this, she had just told the officer she did not trust the police. The officer went to her backup and explained the situation. The other officer asked her to park on the other side. She started yelling that she wanted a refund and didn’t understand why it was a big issue.

After a lot of back and forth, the officer announced she was being disorderly. The entitled Karen then called a family member and explained the situation. Meanwhile, the officer told her not to leave as they were still interrogating her. While speaking on the phone, the woman was bragging and called it cruelty.

She even added that this would come on the news despite being the one creating chaos. She said, “I’ve been racially profiled. I’ve been threatened. I’ve been robbed pretty much. Your food is right there. I still don’t have my money back. What am I being held here for?”

The officer replied, “So, right now, disorderly, but I’m not trying to do that.” To prevent her from leaving, the officer placed a terminator spike strip under her front wheels. She was asked to turn her vehicle off and step outside.

Officers arrested her based on two active warrants for assault in the fourth degree and failure to appear in court. In addition, she got a citation for obstructing a law enforcement officer, and the court set bail at $10,000.

Identified as Shantia, the woman was not ready to accept that she was being arrested over her previous warrants. She was on the phone with her sister the whole time and asked the officers to let her come to get her car.

When she arrived at the scene, she had the same argument that her sister was racially profiled and should not be arrested. Moreover, she blamed the police for adding more charges to her. At the same time, Shantia was in the back of a police vehicle. She wailed, “I will never call the police for help again. I will never call you guys.”

The bodycam video has almost 160K views on YouTube. Thousands of viewers slammed the entitled woman over her behavior. One viewer commented, “People who call the police for a fast food restaurant refund deserve to go to jail.” Another one pointed out, “911 is NOT a babysitting service nor a customer service support line.” One more noted, “She wants to be a victim so bad.”

“Most businesses will refuse to refund an unruly customer who is screaming and cussing at them, as they should,” added another viewer. One user joked, “Getting arrested over receiving the wrong Biggie Bag is insane.” Another posted, “Imagine how dumb you have to be to call 911 for a Wendy’s order while having warrants.”
