Melania Trump’s documentary is finally premiering in theaters across the United States. Although the film may not yet be meeting expectations, she has received significant support from MAGA supporters. Most Trump supporters and close allies attended the Melania movie premiere on January 29.

The event was held at the John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts. While many prominent and lesser-known figures were spotted at the event, her own children were absent. When Donald Trump and Melania posed together on the black carpet, they appeared to be the only members of the family in attendance.

The couple’s only son, Barron Trump, as well as Trump’s children from a previous marriage, Eric, Donald Jr., Ivanka, and Tiffany, were not seen at the premiere. While her family skipped the event, MAGA loyalists such as Secretary of Education Linda McMahon, former presidential attorney Alina Habba, and Fox News anchor Jeanine Pirro were in attendance.

Some other prominent MAGA figures present at the premiere included Secretary of Defense Pete Hegseth and his wife, Jennifer, as well as Republican House Speaker Mike Johnson and his wife, Kelly. Health and Human Services Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr., Trump–Kennedy Center director Ric Grenell, Special Envoy Steve Witkoff, Dr. Oz and his family—including his wife, Lisa, and their children, Oliver and Daphne—were also seen at the event on January 29.

Additionally, Victor Knavs, Melania Trump’s father, came out to support his daughter’s big-screen debut. For those unfamiliar, the documentary is set to be released in theaters on January 30. It will not be limited to the United States but will have a worldwide release.

The film is directed by Brett Ratner, the filmmaker behind Rush Hour. It showcases the first lady’s “day-to-day life” beginning 20 days before Donald Trump’s 2025 presidential inauguration and captures her transition into life in the White House.

The film includes exclusive clips that reveal some “critical meetings” and “private conversations” Melania Trump had during the early days of her husband’s second presidency. In addition, she is seen “orchestrating inauguration plans” and “re-entering public life with her family.”

According to the Irish Star, Amazon reportedly spent $20 million on a marketing campaign to promote Melania. Even the White House reportedly offered full support in an effort to drive strong box office numbers. The Washington Post reported that during Trump’s trip to Davos for the World Economic Forum, a delegation flight carrying promotional materials for the film followed behind. As the president delivered his speeches, posters for the documentary were displayed throughout the venue, the newspaper reported.
