Is the reason that Iggy Azalea cancelled her Great Escape Tour is because she’s pregnant? That’s what several new reports are claiming. The “Fancy” rapper is reportedly pregnant with fiancé Nick Young’s first child, according to an OK! Magazine report on Wednesday, June 10.

Young, 30, proposed to Azalea, 25, just days after she cancelled her Great Escape Tour. Now rumors are swirling that the real reason the Australian rapper cancelled her tour is because she’s expecting her first child. An alleged source told the tabloid that Azalea would choose family life over her career in a heartbeat.

“She wasn’t willing to gamble. She’d take Nick over the tour any day. Nick made it very clear that if he and Iggy were going to marry, he wanted her to scale back on work. Now her friends are buzzing that the real reason for the cancellation and the engagement is that Iggy’s pregnant.”

The source also told the magazine that Nick would prefer if Iggy was barefoot and pregnant. He would rather that his fiancée would take on the role of a traditional housewife.

“Nick wants a traditional wife, who lives to cook and be home to attend the family’s needs.”

It’s not the tabloids that believe that Azalea is pregnant. Her friends are also concerned about her weird behavior, lately. Azalea’s friends have noticed that she hasn’t been drinking alcohol and she’s been complaining about being fatigue. It doesn’t seem like a stretch, since Azalea simply cancelled her tour because she wanted a break, although it was revealed that the decision was made due to low ticket sales.

The “Pretty Girls” featured artist told the Guardian that she wanted to take a break from touring and promoting music.

“On top of that, mentally, to be honest with you, I just feel I deserve a break. I’ve been going non-stop for the past two years, nearly every single day. I’m not in a bad place. I think sometimes when you say you need a mental break, people are like, ‘A mental break? Be sure you don’t have a breakdown because you’re sad.'”

Now that Iggy Azalea’s star is fading, she may have to put her career on the back burner for now. As previously reported via the Inquisitr, Iggy also cancelled her Pittsburgh Pride appearance, which Nick Jonas gladly took over. Both fans and the LGBT community were also pleased with the decision. Iggy also apologized for the homophobic and offensive remarks she made in the past on Twitter.
