A Florida man found himself in handcuffs after trying to drive to a court-mandated drug test in a vehicle, the license of which had been suspended. However, once in police custody, in full view of the camera mounted and trained at the back seat, 52-year-old James Shepard tried to throw away a contraption that he had strapped to his person to fake his drug test.
The contraption involved a d*ldo, fake urine, and a fake bladder attached to a heating pad. He is currently facing charges of driving without a valid license, violating his probation, defrauding a drug test, and tampering with evidence.
NEW: Florida man caught with a d*ldo and a fake bladder in what police are calling a “jerry-rigged Whizzinator” to fake a urine sample.
“I would know if there was a peebag and a godd*amn d*ldo in my car,” the police officer was heard saying.

Flagler County Sheriff’s Office reports that the incident occurred on Tuesday, July 14th. Standard procedure would have required Shepard to be handcuffed behind his back. However, at Shepard’s request, referencing a shoulder injury, he was handcuffed in the front, which allowed him to attempt to pull out the contraption. He was booked at the Sheriff Perry Hall Inmate Detention Facility.
Flagler County Sheriff Rick Staly talked about the prisoner’s attempt at discarding the fake sample. He said, ‘This p**-brain d*rtbag had already been given the deal of a lifetime, walking around on community control when he should have been sitting in a prison cell for almost a decade. Now he has a stream of new charges after flushing away a second chance to turn his life around. Instead, he tried to trick the system. Now he needs to go to prison!”
If Florida actually had more than 1 season, I’d definitely move there. The people watching and retarded shenanigans would provide hours of entertainment daily.

There were others online who had things to say on the matter. Some users on X were impressed by the effort that Shepard had taken to escape the law. While others believed that it was not nearly enough to give him the clean chit that he needed.
One user wrote, “Well, that’s one way to turn a bathroom break into a crime scene, complete with a DIY plumbing nightmare.” Another user stated, “There just aren’t any words for this behavior. Yikes, he has himself in trouble now.” A third user stated, “How was he not properly searched before being handcuffed? Also, bring back insane asylums.”
Footage from the arrest and Shepard’s subsequent attempt at disposing of the device has been made available online. What remains a bizarre detail for a slew of users is why he would attempt to take it out at all, given that until he had actually used it to defraud the drug test, there was seemingly no legal precedent to take it off of him.
