A Florida woman was charged and arrested for driving under the influence with a blood alcohol concentration of over 0.15. Deputies conducted a traffic stop after multiple traffic violations were observed. During the stop, they also noticed an alleged open alcoholic beverage inside the vehicle. The woman confessed to consuming a couple of drinks before agreeing to participate in standardized field sobriety exercises.

The bodycam footage posted on Florida Man Arrest Cam‘s YouTube channel documented the entire series of events, including the traffic stop and roadside investigation that eventually led to the woman’s arrest in June 2025. As per reports, the investigators stated that the driver was struggling to follow the instructions and complete the exercises.

After the probe was concluded, she was charged and arrested with DUI, driving on the wrong side in a no-passing zone, failure to wear a seatbelt, and possession of an open container in a vehicle. The report suggests that her breath test results were at 0.203 g/210L.

The recorded investigation shows that the defendant offered every possible excuse during the course of the investigation, while the deputy calmly handled the entire process.

At the beginning of the conversation itself, the Volusia County woman can be seen being stopped by the deputies because her erratic driving was noticed multiple times. In the beginning itself, she admitted to avoiding the deputies; further stating that she was dropping a male passenger home from karaoke and had consumed “one or two drinks.”

When the police official inquired about the seatbelt, she cited her “double D breasts” and a recent back surgery as justification. She said, “I have double D bre*sts, in which I just had back surgery a couple of months ago, November 5th of last year, which I’m going through.” The woman confidently presented her driver’s license and revealed that she purchased a new home in Deltona.

She also revealed that she had been going to a therapist for her depression and anxiety. “But I am completely sober right now to drive home,” she said, further adding that she lived two miles away from the stop. “I’ve got a GPS, a Honda 201, which is in great shape, which I just had recently serviced,” she said.

The deputy then eventually pointed out to the woman, “So, I’m going to be real with you. This entire time you’ve been talking, your speech has been slow and slurred. Okay. Since I walked up, you’ve just been kind of all over the place.” The woman retorted that she likes being “all over.” Still, the deputy asked her to do the field sobriety exercises to ensure that she was safe to operate a motor vehicle.

The woman then offered another excuse, claiming that her foot was “ready to get an implant,” because of which she is struggling to walk properly. She stressed that she had three surgeries in the past two and a half years, yet the officer insisted on the field sobriety exercises, which she eventually failed. Per the bodycam footage, she blew a 0.203 g/210L on the breathalyzer, which is more than double Florida’s legal limit of 0.08.
