It appears that Ben Affleck has a new girlfriend three months after he and ex-wife Jennifer Garner filed for divorce.
An insider for E! News claims that Ben Affleck is dating Saturday Night Live producer Lindsay Shookus . The two are reportedly “in the early stages” of their relationship and have recently met up in London for work.
Affleck and Shookus also seem to share a fondness for the theater, as the source claims that the pair had been spotted enjoying Sam Mendes’ Ferryman during a getaway trip abroad last week.
“They are in the early stages [of their relationship]. It’s more than a summer fling,” the insider claims. “They are having fun and care for each other. It’s early and they are taking it slow.”
While Ben and Lindsay have been keeping their newly-minted romance low-key, they have been spotted hitting the streets of Los Angeles Thursday night for a quick date. The pair kept it casual, with Affleck wearing a gray blazer over a white shirt along with a pair of blue jeans and Shookus pairing a cutout shoulder top with ripped black jeans.
As reported by the Inquisitr back in April, sources say that Ben Affleck is open to the idea of dating again since he and Jennifer Garner filed for divorce. He reportedly said that while he’s not rushing anything, he’s considering the notion of dating another woman for the long term.

Are Ben Affleck and Jennifer Garner ready to move on three months into their divorce?
Ben and Jen have officially filed for divorce in April this year, nearly two years after they confirmed their split after 10 years of marriage. After the cordial breakup, Affleck and Garner agreed to have joint legal physical and legal custody of their children.
Since the split, Ben Affleck and Jennifer Garner have been co-parenting their children and living under one roof despite not being romantically involved anymore. The former couple, along with their children, have been spotted going out on family trips together numerous times. Interestingly, rumors that Ben and Jen have rekindled their relationship went their rounds on the internet last March. Of course, those rumors were squashed as soon as the former couple officially filed for divorce a few weeks later.

Back in March, Ben Affleck took to Facebook to announce that he had completed treatment for alcohol addiction, taking the time to thank ex-wife Jennifer Garner for supporting him and for taking care of their kids while he set out to do what requires doing in order to recover from his addiction.
