Lindsay Lohan’s half-sister Ashley Horn got plastic surgery to look like the Mean Girls star.
Horn is Michael Lohan’s daughter with Kristi Horn, with whom he had an affair in the early 1990s while he was still married to Dina. The 18-year-old underwent five plastic surgery procedures to look more like her half-sister: a nose job, liposuction under her cheeks, chin, and around her jawline, and fat transfers.
She told In Touch that she hoped the $25,000 worth of procedures would help jumpstart her acting career. She said she was happy with the results and that she is “hotter than Lindsay.”
Michael Lohan , however, was disgusted by his daughter’s actions . He told RumorFix , “I think it’s sick and somewhat pathetic that a mother would allow her 18-year-old daughter to do such a thing when Dina and I would never condone anything like that for Ali or Lindsay.”
Lohan also said Horn expressed interest in getting to know her half-sisters, but that “she just destroyed any chance she has for a relationship with the kids.”
Lohan said he knew his estranged daughter and her mother were planning something when they started asking him for money.
“The minute Kristi and Ashley started asking me to get them tickets to red carpet events and for money for singing lessons set a real alarm off,” he said. “Then suggesting that Ashley meet Lindsay and Ali and not even mentioning my boys, said a lot in itself. Do you think my daughters actually would want to have anything to do with Ashley when all she’s trying to do is ride on Lindsay and Ali’s coattails? I don’t think so.”
Lindsay Lohan, apparently, hasn’t been paying attention to her half-sister’s efforts to look like her.
Michael Lohan said, “Lindsay doesn’t have time for this nonsense. She’s not looking at this. It’s disturbing and really stalkerish.”
