Katy Perry made a splash on the cover of FHM, and while Egotastic is calling for some major drama to say she’s a “full-fledged phenomenon,” I’ll go out on a limb and say that most guys don’t care either way, as long as she keeps up stuff like this. After wearing tops with nipple-eyes and circus skirts, she looks downright boring in a retro-styled bathing suit. Now if only I could decide if that’s a good thing or not… tag! you’re it.
