‘Killer Is Dead’ Trailer Shows Cyborgs, Aliens, Multi-Armed Biker Babe [Video]

Killer is Dead has launched its second trailer and the video is no less action packed, dizzying and confusing than the first. The game has long been a favorite in the Japanese market and it is finally coming the Europe and the United States this Summer.

While the game has had to be ported over to the Xbox 360 and the Playstation 3 from its Japanese roots Xseed has taken on the project here in the United States. This is hardly the first time that Xseed has agreed to bring a Japanese classic over to the US.

The game developer has already announced it will be bringing the Wii title Pandora’s Tower to the United States this summer. Killer is Dead is quite a bit different than Pandora’s Tower but there is some definite trippiness that will definitely stand out.

The game centers around a protagonist named Mondo Zappa. Mondo Zappa is an executioner who is tasked with hunting down criminals and assassins from around the world.

The trailer shows that you must play as Zappa as he drinks a little wine with a cyborg, goes up against some giant aliens that want to take over the world and face off against a wide variety of other odd characters.

Those characters even include a biker chick who seems to grow about 12 arms out of her back when she needs to do some shootin’.

In order to fight yourself through the menagerie of colorful foes you are armed with a traditional Katana and a bionic arm. This arm can be attached to a wide variety of different weapons, depending on your mood and what you find as you work your way through the story.

There hasn’t been an official release date for the game here in the US but it is expected to be out by July at the latest.
