Nicky Hilton Drops The Price On Her Hollywood Mansion

Nicky Hilton dropped the price on her Hollywood mansion. She listed the Sunset Strip home in July. Hilton reduced the price of her luxurious pad by $255,000. The Hollywood home is reportedly decorated in Paris and Nicky’s style. The home reportedly boasts lots of black and white patterns, pink furniture, and of course, lots of mirrors.

Hilton’s Hollywood mansion can now be had for just $2,655,000, Tulia Luxe Living notes. Nicky is asking a lot less than what she paid for the Sunset Strip home in 2007, according to Radar Online. The home has 4,072-square feet of living space. Nicky’s house boasts a large living room, three bedrooms, and a formal dining room. The buyer can also enjoy a large eat-in kitchen with an island, built-in refrigerator and four ovens.

Nicky Hilton’s master suite includes two spacious closets and even two bathrooms. The next owner can relax in the pool, drink wine near the waterfall or by sip coffee by the fireplace. The Hollywood mansion listing refers to Hilton’s property as an elegant traditional home.

In addition to all the Nicky and Paris styled adornments, the home also contains a gym and a sauna. The Sunset Strip home photos on Trulia show several rooms with large palm leaf wallpaper. Although the lawn space does not appear to be very large, listing photos show a well-manicured space.

Decorator Faye Resnick styled Nicky Hilton’s mansion, the Daily Mail notes. Resnick is a Hilton family friend. The decorator is makes occasional appearances on The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills.
