Nick Cannon’s Ex-Girlfriend Is Carrying His Baby And Mariah Carey Has Something To Say About It

Nick Cannon’s ex-girlfriend, Brittany Bell, is carrying his baby, and his ex-wife Mariah Carey finally talked to him about it. The former power couple have two children together, so a new baby is something that will have an impact on Carey as her kids will soon have a new sibling.

Us Weekly reported that Cannon shared ex-wife Carey’s reaction to the news in an interview with Power 106 in Los Angeles.

“She came at me first about it, so it was actually easier. I don’t know how she heard about it, but she called me, and she was funny with it. She was like, ‘Mm-hmm, I heard about you out here in these streets.'”

Cannon then went on to explain how he broke the news to his children with Carey. He said that the 5-year-old twins are “super excited” at welcoming a new sibling into the family.

According to BET, Carey was surprised by the news but wishes the best for her former husband and the father of her children.

“If he’s happy, that’s great,” she said.

Mariah Carey and Nick Cannon seem to have an amicable relationship that centers on providing a stable environment for their kids. A source told Us Weekly that Cannon and Carey “are in a great place and a real source of support for one another — plus a prime example of what coparents should be.” They are raising their two children, Monroe and Morocco, together, sharing custody of the twins. Carey does not appear to resent the fact that her ex-husband is having a child with another woman.

Nick Cannon’s love life has been the source of much gossip lately. While they have been separated since 2014, his divorce with Mariah Carey wasn’t finalized until September, around the same time that she called off her engagement to billionaire James Packer. It was revealed in November that Brittany Bell, who had been dating Cannon on and off, was pregnant with his third child.

Nick Cannon’s former girlfriend is a Guamanian-American actress, former Miss Arizona USA, and former Miss Guam. Despite the fact that she and Cannon are no longer together, the America’s Got Talent host seems to be excited about the pregnancy.

Cannon told Extra, “I’m thoroughly excited, I’m thoroughly moved to be able to bring another life into this world, that’s what life is all about.”

His ex-girlfriend is also excited to be a first-time mother, sharing pictures of her baby bump on Instagram.

Bell’s posts show that she is looking forward to welcoming her baby into the world.

The former beauty queen and Cannon have known each other for a long time. The New York Daily News reported on Cannon’s desire to have another child and why he’s excited to have a baby with his former girlfriend. While they are no longer dating, he still has a lot of respect for his former girlfriend and views her as someone who will make a good mother.

“I wanted to make sure it was someone who was solid, spiritual and had the same views,” he said about his former girlfriend. “She’s been in my life. Our families grew up in the same projects together in San Diego. So there’s a lot of substance there.”

Cannon made it clear that the baby with his ex-girlfriend is a welcome addition as he has always wanted a large family.

“I’ve always wanted five kids,” he said. “Just because my marriage was over didn’t mean I couldn’t continue my family.”

Now that the single father is expecting his third child, the only question that remains is who the mother of his next two children will be.
